By accessing or using SharedRobe (sharedrobe.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and use the platform lawfully. Impersonating others, abusive behaviour, spam, or illegal activity results in account termination.
Hosts must provide accurate descriptions, measurements, photos, and condition details for listed outfits. Misleading listings (fake photos, incorrect size, condition, or availability) may be removed without notice. SharedRobe does not independently verify every listing.
SharedRobe is a marketplace that connects renters and hosts. The rental contract is strictly between the renter and the owner. SharedRobe is not party to the rental and is not responsible for the performance of either party. Users are expected to confirm dates, pricing, pickup/delivery, and cleaning terms directly via chat.
Renters are responsible for the outfit from pickup to return. Normal wear is acceptable; stains, tears, or major damage must be reported immediately. Hosts may collect a security deposit (as displayed on the listing) and deduct reasonable repair or replacement costs. Disputes between parties should first be resolved directly — SharedRobe may mediate at its discretion but is not obligated to.
SharedRobe provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from rentals, including loss, theft, damage, cancellations, or disputes between users. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you to SharedRobe in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance via UPI. Payments are manually verified within 24 hours. Plans remain active for the billing month; renewal requires a fresh UPI transaction. Refunds are issued only if an admin fails to verify a valid payment.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the plan has been activated. For rentals, refunds between renter and host are a private matter and are not processed by SharedRobe. Please agree to cancellation terms with the other party before confirming.
SharedRobe may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, abusive behaviour, repeated low-quality listings, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or on-site banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
